Plasma Charge:
To plant a Plasma Charge, scroll through the Aggressor's available weapons and select the Plasma Charge. Approach the desired target and press left click to place the charge.
NOTE: If you are doing an Objective, be sure to look for the destroy icon before placing the charge to ensure you have found the Objective.
Once the charge is attached to the target hold the "use key" to arm the charge with the Arming Tool. The charge will begin flashing and a timer bar will be visible bottom right of the HUD displaying how much time is remaining before detonation. Be sure to secure the location of your Plasma Charge once planted to ensure an enemy Engineer does not disarm your Plasma Charge.
Once the Plasma Charge is about to explode clear the area to avoid being killed by its powerful blast.
Obliterator:
The Obliterator is the main Strogg light anti-vehicle weapon, and is only available to the Aggressor. More effective against vehicles than infantry, the Obliterator has two modes, Dumb and Smart. In Dumb mode, it fires an unguided blast. There is a slight delay before firing, and the unguided shot has an arced trajectory, requiring the player to correct their aim depending on the target’s range.
Hitting Alt-Fire (Default Mouse2) enters Smart Mode, which uses the electronic sight to Lock On to enemy vehicles and deployables. Track the enemy unit until the crosshair turns from green to red and then hit fire. The shot will then
guide itself to the target, without any further need for you to track it. Hit Use to cancel Lock On.
Stroyent Allocation:
Strogg infantry have the unique ability to allocate their Stroyent supplies from their weapon to their health and vice versa [ - / + Default Keys]. This ability is extremely useful when you are about to die or when you are out of ammo. Keep in mind that you loose a fraction of Stroyent with every conversion.
Grenades:
- All grenades can be thrown slightly further by holding down the Fire key [Mouse1 Default].
- Strogg grenades have an alt fire option [Mouse2 Default] which makes them a sticky grenade sticking to walls and or vehicles.
- You can also use your grenades to harmlessly explode GDF mines.
